Returns and refund policy:
Returns and refunds must be initiated within 14 days of product’s delivery date return, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. after this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exclusions
We do not refund or exchange damaged, soiled, or altered products in any way. Please ensure that the returned item is in the same condition as you received it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 45 business days.
Please note that payment processing charges are non-refundable.
Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 45 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us for assistance.
